Impact of Training & Development and Career Planning on Employee Involvement

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact training and development as well career planning in Nepalese service sector organizations. Data for study were gathered from organizations such banks, insurance companies, telecommunications hospitals, colleges. In total, 502 questionnaires distributed, 82.97 percent copies that filled out returned used study. Descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression analyze data. Organizational planning, according study's findings, have a significant on employee involvement their jobs performance. As result, must make provisions budget additional programs. Similarly, it necessary provide employees with opportunities so they can stay company an extended period.
